TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MAGSOL PROMOTIONS:

Effective Date: January 1, 2020

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for a promo code, the person must:

1. Be a U.S. Resident with a valid U.S. mailing address.

2. Have previously purchased MAGSOL deodorant at full price.

3. Be at least 18 years of age.

LIMITATIONS

The following limitations apply to MAGSOL promo codes:

1. One lifetime redemption per person.

2. One lifetime redemption per household.

3. MAGSOL promotions are non-transferable.  For example, promo codes may not be transferred to friend, family member or relative.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MAGSOL, its directors, officers, and agents, as well as its licensors, and suppliers from any damages, liabilities, claims or demands (including costs and attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. MAGSOL reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify MAGSOL and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such claim without MAGSOL's prior written consent. MAGSOL will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
